Egyptians demand the release of detainees (VIDEO)

On May 15th, Egyptians marked the day of the Palestinian Nakba (or day of Catastrophe) protesting in front of the Israeli Embassy in Cairo demanding an end to occupation of Palestinian lands. That protest turned chaotic as the Egyptian military used force to push protesters away. Over 160 protesters were detained. Two known activists were among those who were detained: Mosa’ab ElShamy and Tarek Shalaby.
